When you check-in, you will be signing that you and any of your guests will adhere to these policies so it is imperative that you read them. Following this link, is an additional overview of those outlined for anyone browsing the website.

Guest Policies

Upon Arrival

Check-In Time: Our check-in time is 4:00pm. We ask that only one person from your party come to the Front Desk to retrieve the room keys. This should be the person who booked the room. Please be prepared with photo ID and your car license plate number. We do not typically allow early check-ins so please contact us at (360) 289-3317 to see if your room is available when you arrive to Ocean Shores. Early check-ins are subject to a $25.00 fee. Locals to Grays Harbor will be charged a $200.00 refundable damage deposit upon check-in.

Only the registered guest will be able to retrieve the room keys. If you are traveling with a group of people who you have invited to stay with you, we will not release the room keys to them without advance payment and authorization on file.

Check-Out: Check-out is 12:00pm; currently, we are not offering late check-outs. If you want to depart before your scheduled departure date, you will still be responsible for all nights booked. When you are ready to check-out, please leave your keys in your room and call us prior to departing the room. We will e-mail a receipt.

Before leaving, please be sure to start the dishwasher or wash your dishes and take out your trash. There are garbage rooms at each end of the hallway.

Unfortunately, we only have can recycling in these rooms.

Payments

We are accepting credit cards only (prepaid cards are not acceptable forms of payment). Cash is not accepted. We only accept payment from the person who is the registered guest. Unfortunately, we do not split payments. Any payment splitting between guests needs to be handled privately.

Additionally, if you are paying with a debit card it may take your banking institution 7-14 business days to rectify the charges to the appropriate amounts once you check-out. We are not responsible for bank holds. If the registered guest and the credit card holder name do not match, the credit card holder will be required to submit a credit card authorization form and a copy of the credit card and their photo identification.

Military Discount

Military discounts are only applicable if you told us you were military in advance, booked directly, show ID, and are only valid for the room the military member is staying in. The only exception to this is if the military member pays for all rooms and books all rooms.

Additional Fees - Damages

All condos are individually owned. Therefore, any damage to the unit or anything resulting in excessive cleaning will result in additional fees being assessed (odors from pets, stains from hair colorings, makeup, excessively soiled linens, breaking furniture, etc.) will result in additional charges of the actual cost to repair or $200 per day whichever is greater.

On Property

Covid-19 & Sanitation

Covid-19: Please do not travel and visit us if you or anyone in your party are feeling under the weather or has been recently sick.
Sanitation: We proudly fog all common areas as well as rooms. Information regarding the product we use can be found here: botanical-disinfectant-solution We are sharing this information with you so you know that the odor you may smell is produced from a natural non-toxic substance and typically dissipates within a few minutes. It does, however, smell “earthy like lemongrass” to some. In addition to fogging, we use Ecolab cleaning products. We are proud to have been voted in the top 20% of 10,000 hotels for AAA.

Housekeeping / Maintenance

If you have a multi-day reservation, we will not be providing our traditional stay-over service (housekeeping). If you need additional linens, we have an exchange system or if you need additional items such as soap, shampoo, coffee, etc., please just call the Front Desk. During your stay if there is a major maintenance issue, we are happy to address it however, we will ask that you not be in the room at that time.

Pool Hours

Pool Hours: The pool is open from 9am-10pm with adult only swim time from 10pm-11pm. Hot tub is open to adults and children 14-17 with an adult. Your pool towels are located under your bathroom sink.

Gym

The gym is open from 7am-10pm. Please make sure you let the Front Desk know when you have finished using it so they can sanitize it.

If you are bringing a dog(s) please be sure to read the pet information regarding our policies that is posted on this site as well.

Please Note

Quiet Time

We are family-friendly however, quiet time is enforced after 10 pm. Please do not allow your children to run in the hallways and please do not leave them unattended.

Intoxication: While we want everyone to enjoy themselves, we will not tolerate intoxication when it disturbs others. Please be respectful of your neighbors. If we must credit them because of your behavior, we will charge you.

Wi-Fi & TV

We are in an extremely rural area with limited bandwidth. Our Wi-Fi is complimentary however, please know we do NOT guarantee service although typically it is not an issue. Please note, that we do have "content filtering" on and adult content is not available via our Wi-Fi.

Additionally, we DO NOT allow streaming from our TV. We have the system disabled from being allowed to stream Netflix. We would appreciate it if you did not bring a Roku or Firestick. Our IT routinely monitors usage and will disconnect these devices. We would also appreciate it if you did not disconnect the TV system to plug in a gaming system. Hopefully, you are coming to the beach to enjoy the beach and not to watch TV or game. In the event that you have to get a movie fix in, we have an assortment of DVD's available for rent at the Front Desk.

We have a charcoal bbq available for use. We do not provide the charcoal and it is on a first come first serve basis. We have bbq kits that can be checked out at the Front Desk. Please make sure you clean up the area after use and all bbq festivities must be over before 9pm. Sorry, no late night grilling.

We have suspended board game checkouts.

We will not be offering pack and plays or high chairs at this time. If those are items you would need for your stay, please make sure you bring them from home.

We are not ADA compliant however, have some items to make your stay more comfortable if needed.
